A. BUYER’S APPOINTMENT SLIP (BAS) and DIGITAL APPOINTMENT SLIP (DAS) LOGGING ONLY
a. All BAS and DAS must be sent to [email protected]
b. Sending of BAS and DAS will start on April 20, 2026, at exactly 8:00am
B. ASSESSMENT DAYS FOR CLIENT’S REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVATION DAY
a. Brokers and sellers will be given 3 DAYS, May 12, Tuesday (Starting 8:00am onwards) to May 14, Thursday (cut off: 12:00nn) to submit all the following requirements to our temporary Gmail account: [email protected]
i. Completely filled out Buyers Appointment Slip Scanned or Digital BAS.
ii. Completely filled out excel format of Buyers Information Sheet (BIS) only.
Note: Lynville will only acknowledge excel format BIS only.
iii. Complete set of reservation requirements (Two (2) valid ID’s and Latest income document)
b. LLDC staff will check if the reservation requirements sent are completely filled out. They will also assess whether the buyer’s income is sufficient based on the required income of Pag-IBIG. If the reservation requirements are incomplete and/or insufficient, the reservation slot will be automatically disqualified. The seller can resend the buyer’s requirement once completed, but their slot will be listed on the next available slot.
c. Once LLDC staff have finished assessing the reservation requirements (sent to our email), he/she will call the clients for an interview and a Q & A portion regarding videos they watched about requirements and the move-in procedure.
d. After a thorough reservation discussion, the client will be given 1 hour to process their reservation payment via Lynville Payment Option.
e. They will also receive a confirmation message for their scheduled TIME as to when they may come to our SET LOCATION for signing of reservation documents.
f. Walk-in buyers still need to submit complete reservation requirements via our temporarily created Gmail reservation account.
g. SENDING OF EMAIL
i. Sellers with multiple buyers may send them in a single batch email, together with their preferred block and lot and reservation requirements. Within the email, a priority list of all the buyers within the batch must be written on the email’s body. This numbering on the list will be the basis of prioritizing your buyers’ slots. The first entry will have the highest priority, while the last entry will have the lowest priority. We encourage all sellers to use google drive for sending bulk requirements. Please write down each buyer’s details within a single Microsoft Word file, containing the following information for every buyer:
1. For sellers with one (1) reservation only, the following format should be written in the body of the email:
a. Project: Lynville Estate General Trias
b. Block and Lot (Provide atleast 3 options for Block and Lot): Block 2 Lot 23
c. Model: Audrey Model
d. Buyer Name: Ayis Mendoza
e. Buyer Contact No: 09123456789
f. Agent Name: Ruby Dimaano
g. Agent Contact No: 09152345678
h. Broker GROUP NAME / REALTY NAME: Lynville Land Realty
ii. Buyers can give at least 3 block and lot options, with the first option as the highest priority. Take note, however, that this does not guarantee that the buyer will be able to reserve their priority options. We shall coordinate with the buyers’ seller or the buyer himself/herself if all their priority options are already taken.
iii. The following format shall be used as the subject for reservation emails:
1. Email subject: Project Name - Name of broker’s group and name of sales agent
h. REMINDERS
i. Strictly one email per seller per batch or individual sale. Do not send duplicate emails or emails containing the same buyers from previous ones.
ii. Sending of reservation requirements (as listed above) should only be sent once. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
iii. Those with incomplete reservation requirements will be disqualified from reservation until complied. This means that the buyer’s slot will be invalidated if there are missing requirements. Resending of reservations with complete reservation requirements shall not hold their previous slot.
iv. Those clients who haven’t watched the youtube links before the assessment days will be disqualified from reservation until complied. This means that the buyer’s slot will be invalidated, resending reservations with complete reservation requirements shall not hold their previous slot.

v. Strictly no amendments (Change of Block and Lot) during logging and launching week, unless the buyer’s preferences have already been reserved by someone with an earlier slot.
vi. We will only entertain emails that were sent STARTING MAY 12, 2026, ONWARDS, at exactly 8:00am in the morning. Any emails sent before that time shall be disqualified and will therefore not have a slot.
vii. Those who will send reservation requirements on May 14, 12:01 pm onwards in our temporary GMAIL account will be considered.
