3 Things to consider when buying a property. (LBM) Location, Budget and Move-in.

Before buying a property, whether it is for investment, collection, business, dream home or you are just starting a family consider LBM.

1. Location - Make sure that you are buying a property with good if not the best location. It is important to consider your travel time going to work, school, establishments and others.

2. Budget - You need to consider your budget in buying a property. Are you going to buy it in cash or thru loan. There is a certain computation for you to be approved with the property that you wanted to buy. Also, prices of properties varies depending on its location. It is cheaper if you buy outside of Metro Manila.
