GENERAL TRIAS–TANZA DIVERSION ROAD
Construction is ongoing for the section of the Dasmariñas–General Trias–Tanza Diversion Road from Mayor’s Drive up to the Tanza–Trece Martires Road. This vital segment will link Governor Ferrer Drive to the Tanza–Trece Martires Road and may intersect with the Anyana Spine Road and Daang Hari Extension, providing a potential connection to Stanza’s Main Road.
The first phase, which connects Don Placido Campos Avenue in Dasmariñas to Sitio Kiko Rosa in General Trias, is already open. The second phase, extending the road from Kiko Rosa to Arnaldo Highway, is currently under construction. Once completed, the route will further connect Allegria to Mayor’s Drive, which is now passable up to Governor Ferrer Drive.
The diversion road may also be integrated with another road network—the Dasmariñas–GMA–Carmona Diversion Road—stretching from Molino–Paliparan in Dasmariñas to Governor’s Drive in Carmona. Together, these routes will form a seamless east–west corridor linking the cities and municipalities of Carmona, General Mariano Alvarez (GMA), Dasmariñas, General Trias, and Tanza.
Upon full completion, the diversion road will span from Governor’s Drive in Carmona to Remulla Drive in Tanza, creating a convenient east–west route across Cavite. It will complement major thoroughfares such as Governor’s Drive, Daang Hari, and the East–West Lateral Road, as well as key expressways including CALAX, CBEX, MCX Extension, and the CALAX–BCIB Connector.
