How to Secure a Unit
Step 1: Prepare These Requirements (Soft Copies Only):

• Two valid IDs
• Clear photo of your ₱50,000 Reservation Check payable to BDO
No check yet? Don’t worry!
You can:
• Request a Manager’s Check from your bank (around ₱100–₱150 fee), OR
• Borrow a check from a trusted friend or family member

Important Reminder:
You’re not paying yet—you’re only submitting a photo of the check. Actual payment is required only if your offer gets approved.
If Your Offer Gets Accepted:
• Pay the 10% down payment within 30 days (minus the ₱50,000 reservation)
• Remaining balance is payable through a BDO Housing Loan
Move-In Process:
• 5–7 days after your loan is approved
• Or after signing the contract (for BDO In-House Financing)
