• Conduct site surveys and inspections.

• Conduct quality control inspections and report any discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on the project site.
• Manage and request for material procurement.

Qualifications

We are looking for an Accounting Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivables, general ledger, and other related accounting processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.
• Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Oversee the work of subordinates, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepares and submits different tax compliance with the government.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of five (5) years of working experience as an Accounting Manager in real estate, construction, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in all aspects of accounting, including financial reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
• Willing to work at General Trias Cavite.
