‘MANIWALA KA, HIHILAHIN KO YAN’
A video captured Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Director General Nicholas Torre III saying he would forcibly take former President Rodrigo Duterte after his arrest by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for alleged crimes against humanity.
The incident occurred on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, when Duterte reportedly refused to follow Torre’s instructions to board a plane bound for The Hague, Netherlands.
