Elmo & Alice Villa Resort is fronting the ocean, with public beach access conveniently located just across the street on the left side (if facing the ocean). While the shoreline may differ from destinations such as Boracay or El Nido—where fine white sand is abundant—the area offers a natural, serene coastal experience ideal for relaxation, swimming, and enjoying open-sea views.
For guests’ enjoyment, the resort provides a private floating raft and a small banca (outrigger boat) for complimentary and voluntary use, allowing guests to swim in the ocean and have a stable platform to hold onto while enjoying the water.
For added convenience and safety, guests may optionally request the services of a banca operator at a minimal fee of ₱600.00, covering approximately 4-6 hours per day. Availing of the banca operator service is entirely optional and at the discretion of the guest. The “raft” may still be used without an operator, subject to guest responsibility and prevailing sea conditions.

Water activities carry inherent dangers that may result in injury or death. The management shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or death arising from voluntary participation in such activities.”
Please note that the ongoing seawall construction does not affect public access to the beach and ocean. Once completed, the seawall will include concrete stair access, further improving accessibility, and guest convenience.
