KOLORUM NA NAGSUSUKAT NG LUPA

⚠️ Ano ang Kolorum na nagsusukat ng lupa?
👉 Ito ay mga tao na gumagawa ng survey nang walang lisensya bilang Geodetic Engineer o hindi rehistrado sa PRC.

❌ Posibleng maling sukat at maling hangganan
❌ Walang bisa sa korte o sa anumang ahensya ng gobyerno
❌ Maaaring maging sanhi ng boundary dispute at dagdag gastos

✅ Kaya siguraduhin na ang iyong kukuning Geodetic Engineer ay PRC Licensed, may tamang PTR at PRC ID.

👉 Tandaan: Tanging ang Lisensyadong Geodetic Engineer lamang ang may legal na karapatang magsukat ng lupa.

📐 Huwag padadala sa mura pero kolorum — mas mahal ang gastos kapag mali!

to be fair with this vlogger. nothing wrong being critical. in fact we must always think to be critical. Marami kasing Surveying firm na parang Palawan Pawnshop. maraming branch. at mga tawo lang nila ang nagpapatakbo at walang direct Supervision. So. yan ang Resulta. the key here is Direct Supervision. Dapat kasama palagi ang Geodetic Engineer. so Demand that the Geodetic Engineer must be present during the Survey.
