🏨 How many rooms do you have?

We only have 4 rooms available:
• 3 Standard Rooms (good for 2 persons each)
• 1 Family Room (can accommodate up to 6 persons)

Because of limited rooms, early booking is recommended, especially for April, May and December (peak seasons)

📅 Do you accept advance reservations?

Yes.
We accept advance reservations up to 6 months ahead, especially for peak season.

💰 What are your room rates?

Standard Room (2 pax):
• ₱1,200 – regular days
• ₱1,500 – peak season / holidays

Family Room (up to 6 pax):
• ₱2,000 – regular days
• ₱2,400 – peak season / holidays

Rates may vary during peak season.

🔐 How do I confirm my booking?

To confirm a reservation, we require a 30% non-refundable downpayment.

For bookings within 7 days before check-in, full payment is required.

Reservations without payment are not guaranteed.

❌ What is your cancellation / no-show policy?
• Downpayment is non-refundable
• Cancellations within 7 days of check-in or no-shows will be charged the full amount

This policy helps us manage our limited rooms fairly.
