Do you know why in the Philippines no matter how hard you work, your salary is never enough?

By the end of the month you end up applying for loans just to survive. We pay almost the same percentage of taxes as people in the US, yet what do we get in return? Nothing but more expenses.

In public schools, parents still pay for transportation, food, electric fans, classroom repairs, and even paint for the walls.

In hospitals, public facilities cannot handle the surge of all patients so we are forced to go to expensive private hospitals where government aid covers only half, while medicines and maintenance for our elders eat up more than their pension.

Every typhoon, flood, or landslide means more expenses for repairs because our flood control and infrastructure projects are substandard. Why is this happening? Because corruption bleeds us dry.

According to a state witness in the blue ribbon committee out of every project, only 30 to 40 percent goes to the actual infrastructure while 60 to 70 percent goes straight to the pockets of perfidious officials. They steal our future while we drown not just in debt but on an actual flood. This is the real reason why Filipinos suffer despite paying high taxes.

The people in the government will not save us. They never will. They keep us in poverty so that they can sleep in luxury. The solution is to take control of your income and build something outside of your salary.

One of the best ways to fight back is through Real Estate. Real Estate gives you steady rental income while you sleep, property value increases over time protecting your money from inflation, and you can start small with affordable properties then scale up.

Your jobs depend on promotions or contracts for additional income, while Real Estate is an asset that grows with you and your family. If you rely only on your monthly salary, you will always be stuck in the cycle of loans, bills, and expenses. But if you invest in Real Estate, you create another source of income that no corrupt politician can take from you.
