To all our existing tenants, kindly keep your room and bathroom clean especially for those who don't have their rooms cleaned on Wednesdays.
It has reached our attention that rooms vacated by the tenants are left very dirty, moldy (especially the toilet bowls, bathroom walls and tiles) and smelly. Please take care of our units as these are not only yours to be used and occupied but also by other future occupants.
Let's keep and maintain a clean and orderly space.

It has reached our attention through our cctv that some tenants are bringing in their pet/s inside our condo. We would like to remind again (though have already informed all tenants beforehand/before moving in) that we don't allow pets inside the condo. Anyone caught doing so will be reprimanded and shall be given proper sanction.
Please observe and abide with our house rules.
