Megaworld Iloilo Business Park and Megaworld Lifestyle Festive Walk Mall celebrates Ilonggo fashion, ingenuity and craftsmanship showcased in the finale of the fashion event Vestido Ilongga 20/20 at the Festive Walk Mall, Indoor Atrium.
With its theme "Iloilo: Past, Present and Future," five finalists were tasked to create a baro't saya and a terno using only local fabrics, such as hablon, patadyong, katsa, piña and jusi.
Bringing the bandila theme on the fashion stage, young Ilonggo designer Matt Yeu was announced as the winner. It is his pride to translate the strength, determination and independence of the Filipinos are into a his own fashion design and style inspired by the colors of the Philippine flag.
The finale show will be followed by a week-long (Feb. 23-29) exhibit at the Event Center of Festive Walk Mall.

Himbon is an artist organization established in 2017 with over 45 professional artists as members. The group serves as organizers of exhibits, workshops and other activities which are geared towards professionalizing art. On its third year, Himbon has established its own art venue, Himbon Art Hub.
Iloilo Summer Art Festival was organized through the office of Mayor Jerry Treñas, with the goal of rediscovering and revitalizing Ilonggo art. The committee is led by Iloilo City First Lady, Mrs. Rosalie Treñas.
