ATTENTION!

Subject: Updated amount of Construction Bond

This is to inform you that effective February 16, 2023, the Refundable Construction Bond deposit for any house improvement works is now at Php 10,000.00. This is applicable for both minor and major house improvement. For Deca Homes Leganes Resort and Residences should be settled at the PMO admin office. It is refundable, subject to deductions if any policies under Guidelines for Renovation or House Improvement have been violated.
The official receipt must be presented to PMO Admin Office for recording and filing. It will also serve as the homeowners GATE PASS for the entry of their construction materials. For refund, the official receipt of the Construction bond must be surrendered to respective offices to process the refund back after inspection of works done.
