“Hindi lahat ng superhero naka-cape… minsan naka-concrete. 🧱

Ako si Mohon ---- tahimik lang sa kanto ng lote mo, pero ako ang isa sa pinakamahalagang proteksyon ng property mo.

Standard size ko?
✅ 30 cm diameter
✅ 60 cm total length
✅ 30 cm above ground
✅ 30 cm below ground

Ako ang reference ng boundaries mo.
Ako ang gabay kung saan hanggang ang fence, bahay, o development mo.
At kadalasan… ako rin ang dahilan kung bakit may kapayapaan pa sa pagitan ng magkapitbahay. 😅

Kaya kapag nakita mo ako, huwag mo akong galawin o tanggalin. Ang maliit na monumentong ito ang malaking proteksyon laban sa boundary disputes.

Kaya every lagay ni Surveyor ng mohon… derecho buhos agad ng semento. 😂

Reminder lang: Ang pagtatanggal o paglilipat ng mohon/boundary monument without authority may result in legal liability.

Concrete lang tingnan… pero yan ang nagtatanggol sa tunay mong property line. 🧭

BBM, BLLM, at MBM are official survey reference monuments established by DENR and ginagamit ito ng mga Licensed Geodetic Engineers at Land Surveyors bilang permanent reference points for accurate land positioning, political boundaries, at mapping.

Mukha lang po itong simpleng konkretong marker, pero napakalaking tulong nito sa boundary verification, relocation surveys, subdivision surveys, at future land disputes prevention.

Wala man itong halaga sa ibang tao, napakahalaga naman nito sa tamang paglalagay ng boundaries ng inyong lupa. Kaya pakiusap po, huwag natin itong sirain, hukayin, o gawing haligi ng bahay. 🙏
