UPEHCO-3 Subdivision is situated more or less 1 km from theTown Proper. It is near Tigbauan National Highschool with a distance of more or less 150 meters. The road leading to UPEHCO is one of the alternate route(nearer compared using the old national highway) going to Iloilo International Airport if you're coming from the 1st District of Iloilo after Tigbauan Town(Guimbal, Igbaras, Tubungan, Miag-ao, San Joaquin Towns and those coming from Antique Province even from Aklan). The 5-hectare UPEHCO-3 Subdivision is part of a more than 13-hectare property that will be soon developed as a residential and commercial hub with a farm(fruits,vegetables and animals) and inland resort facilities which will soon be an attraction not just in Tigbauan Town but in the whole of the province. Perspective of the said 5-hectare farm and inland resort will soon be posted.
