Sta. Lucia Land Inc., with Sta. Lucia Marketing, has signed a strategic partnership with JECO Development Corporation and JV Landmark Inc. to launch a new project development in Oton, Iloilo.
The signing ceremony was held on September 29, 2025, at Marriott Hotel Iloilo, led by Sta. Lucia Land President & CEO Mr. Exequiel Robles, Sta. Lucia Land Chairman Mr. Vicente Santos, Sta. Lucia Marketing President Ms. Liezel Tuason-Magpoc, and Sta. Lucia Marketing Vice President Mr. Eric Escanillas, together with JECO Development Corporation President Mr. Jefferson Tan, JECO Development Corporation Chairman Mr. Joseph Tan, JV Landmark Inc. President Arch. Joemarie Yao, and Mr. Andy Tan.
