🚗 ANNOUNCEMENT: Overnight Parking Policy Effective November 1, 2025

Starting November 1, 2025, overnight parking (11:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in the ground-level and street parking areas will no longer be allowed as part of the new Estate Parking Rules at Mandurriao Garden Residences.

✅ For those who still wish to park overnight, a ₱200 per night parking fee will apply.
✅ Daytime parking (6:00 AM – 11:00 PM) remains free for residents and guests, following proper parking etiquette.

This policy aims to maintain order, security, and smooth traffic flow within the property.
