Cozy Studio at the Heart of Iloilo City of Love

A new condo unit in the City located at Avida Tower 1 just across Ateneo De Iloilo. Very accessible and very friendly place and it is near tourist attractions within the City of Love, Iloilo. If you’re traveling for leisure or business, this is a great location for you.

The Space. Unit located at the 5th floor, A homey, fully furnished equipped with toilet and bath, AC, and basic kitchen equipments.

Guest Access. The building is within easy walking distance to such as Smallville Iloilo, Atria Park, Plazueala Iloilo. Only a short drive to Iloilo Convention Center, Megaworld Blvd. Festive Walk Mall, SM City Iloilo, and other business establishments.

Interaction with Guests. Feel free to message us anytime you wish so we are able to address concerns promptly. Should you have request we will be happy to assist you.

The neighborhood. Shops at Atria offers local native coffee at Madge, Biscocho Haus pasalubong center, 7/11 convenient store, Metro grocery, Yummy Batchoy at Netong’s.
