DOWNTOWN LANCASTER
Downtown Lancaster is a 25-hectare mixed-use lifestyle and commercial development in Imus, serving as the primary commercial and lifestyle business district of Lancaster New City, which spans portions of Kawit, Imus, General Trias, and Tanza.
Over the years, Downtown Lancaster has evolved into a thriving hub for commercial, retail, and business activities. At its core is a dynamic mixed-use center offering a diverse range of retail establishments, dining destinations, and office spaces. The development has continued to expand with One Lancaster Park, the upcoming WalterMart Lancaster, and the emergence of various retail and commercial establishments, further reinforcing its role as a growing lifestyle and business destination within the community.
The area is poised for further growth with the development of Riverpark Gateway, which will introduce additional residential and commercial offerings, including an upcoming condominium development and a Starbucks branch. These new developments are expected to further enhance the vibrancy and connectivity of the district.
Meanwhile, a new commercial district is also being developed within Lancaster New City Zone 2. This emerging mixed-use zone is planned to feature retail establishments, institutions, and a Cavite BRT terminal. The district is envisioned to provide greater convenience and accessibility to residents within and around LNC, while complementing the continued growth of Downtown Lancaster as a key commercial and lifestyle destination.
