EVENT PROMOS:
Equity Discount for ADELLE with Fence, AIRA and CHESSA.
MECHANICS:
1. The equity discount will apply to a specific number of
house models sold on November 21, 2020.
-Adelle with Fence 1st 10 buyers - 5k discount
- Aira 1st 10 buyers - 10k discount
-Chessa 1st 10 buyers - 10k discount
2.The equity discount will apply upon the 3rd equity payment clearance and will be used on the 4th equity payment.
3. Promo maybe availed upon submission of documents (BIS and Reservation Agreement) to the Customer Relations Group.
4. All terms and promos are only applicable to new reservations made during the promo period. Transfer and reconsiderations are not allowed.
5. This promo is valid only on November 21, 2020 only.
• First 10 Single Attached House Buyers will get P3,000 worth of GCASH **while sellers will get P1,000 worth of GCASH **(Alexandra, Gabrielle, Margaret, Sophie, Aira, Briana, Chessa)
