TO RESERVE THE HOUSE (BASIC REQUIREMENTS)
1. Photocopy of 2 Valid ID's.(husband and wife,or SPA)
2. Proof of Billing
3. Proof on Income (any of the following)
a. 1 month Payslip
b. Job Contract (OFW) / COE with compensation info & at least 3 months old
c. Remittance Receipts (for Beneficiary of OFW)
4. Reservation FEE 5. Completely filled-up Buyer's Information Sheet and Reservation Agreement (sa site na po to binibigay)
within 30 days from reservation magsusubmit na po tayo ng mga main requirements:
1. 3 pcs 1x1 pic for both husband and wife
2. Photocopy of Valid Id's (2 valid government ID's for both husband and wife)
3. Marriage Certificate / Birth Certificate and Certificate of No Marriage
4. Proof of Billing
5. NOTARIZED Job Contract or COE with compensation Detail for Both (if both are employed)
6. TIN for Both (if husband and wife are employed)
7. ITR
8. Cedula
9. PDC (post dated checks, pwede sa existing account)
