Dear LNCitizens,
Following the safety protocols and guidelines implemented by the government on transportation services under community quarantine requiring physical distancing, the number of passengers per trip has been significantly reduced.
To help sustain the transport operations in the “new normal”, a new fare arrangement will be implemented starting July 15, 2020. The modified fares will be applied for Inner Route services only, while Metro Route fare remains the same.
The health and protection of our customers and employees are important to us. We remind everyone to follow Covid-19 protocols implemented by the LNC Link consistently. These protocols are as follows:
1. Physical distancing is strictly implemented in passenger queueing and seating inside the shuttle. Passengers may only occupy designated seats or spaces.
2. The No Face Mask, No Ride policy is firmly enforced.
3. Hand sanitizers and shoe-sanitizing mats are provided for passengers in strategic areas.
4. For LNC Link Metro Route, the No LNC Link Card, No Ride policy is strictly implemented to limit passengers to LNC residents only.
5. All shuttle service vehicles undergo regular disinfection before and after every trip, thus please expect some delays.
