√ Active pagibig member, ilang yrs na? (should be yes with atleast 24months contri)

√ Ilang taon ng working sa present employer? (if less than 2yrs, need iconsolidate pag ibig previous contributions sa present contributions. Or pwd rin maglumpsum)

√ May existing housing loan? (if yes, should be up to date payment)

√ May existing salary loan? (if yes, should be up to date payment)

√ Single or married? Yung totoo?

√ Alam ba ni parents/partner na may housing loan ka? (Let them know para iwas conflict)

√ Aware ka ba sa location ng property mo?

√ Aware ka ba na habang on process ang housing loan dapat actively employed? (Must be aware. Hindi maprocess ang loan pag no work)

√ Aware ka ba na any changes on contact #, home address at employer na mkaka affect sa housing loan mo dapat alam namin? (Account officer should be notify)
