3. May Lipat Agad po ba kayo?
👉 kung kaya mo magbayad ng cash maaring makalipat ka agad.
👉 kung installment hihintayin muna matapos Downpayment pagbayad na chaka palang maprocess sa pagibig na usually 3-4mos. (pwede mo bayaran ng cash ang Downpayment para maprocess agad sa pagibig)
4. Kelan pwede makalipat?

5. Ano ang Pre-selling?
