The 600-hectare Riverpark is entering its next phase of development as major infrastructure projects and strategic locators continue to take shape. With improving regional connectivity and a growing mix of residential, commercial, logistics, and institutional developments, the estate is steadily positioning itself as a central hub for business, mobility, and community living in Southern Luzon, as it continues to expand its integrated ecosystem across its districts.
Riverpark Gateway, envisioned as the townshipβs primary lifestyle hub and central destination for retail, dining, and social experiences, is beginning its development with an upcoming Starbucks branch. A Japanese-inspired residential condominium is also expected to rise, further strengthening its identity as a dynamic and well-integrated mixed-use district.
A major milestone was recently marked with the opening of the UNIQLO Logistics Facility at Riverpark North, the largest logistics hub in Southeast Asia. SM City General Trias, an 11-hectare commercial development targeted for completion this year. Residential growth is progressing alongside these developments, led by Yume, an 18-hectare Japanese-inspired community.
Meanwhile, Riverpark North Commercial Lots are being transformed into a mixed-use district that will support future retail and business activity across the estate.
Further strengthening long-term growth, the 15-hectare Ateneo de Manila University campus is expected to open by 2030 in Riverpark South. This development, along with the upcoming CALAX Riverpark Interchange and planned key road networks, will further enhance connectivity and support the emergence of a future central business district.
Infrastructure development continues to accelerate Riverparkβs transformation. The CaviteβLaguna Expressway (CALAX) will provide direct access to Riverpark North and South, while the Cavite Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) System will connect major Cavite corridors. Long-term regional access will be further enhanced by ongoing upgrades of Mayorβs Drive, the Arterial Highway, and the Daang Hari Extension, along with the continued development of GT Boulevard and a new eastβwest road linking the estate to the Cavite BRT system.
