SOUTH-LUZON INTEGRATED TERMINAL EXCHANGE
The South-Luzon Integrated Terminal Exchange (SLITX) is a pioneering initiative developed through a partnership between the City Government of Carmona and Megawide Corporation. It aims to deliver a modern, efficient, and sustainable public transportation system for the region.
As the first integrated transport terminal in Cavite, SLITX will complement the existing Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) and the upcoming Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITX), making it the third major transport hub serving southern Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
Strategically located along the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX), SLITX is designed to function as a central transfer point for both city and provincial buses traveling to and from Metro Manila. The terminal will feature state-of-the-art facilities, including dedicated waiting areas, loading and unloading bays, PUV terminals, and a range of commuter-friendly amenities. To further enhance the commuter experience, commercial and mixed-use developments will be integrated within and around the terminal complex.
Beyond serving as a transportation hub, SLITX is envisioned as a catalyst for transit-oriented development that promotes mobility, connectivity, and inclusive economic growth. By seamlessly linking various modes of transport, it aims to ease travel for commuters across South Luzon and neighboring provinces, while also creating a vibrant commercial center that benefits both passengers and local communities.
