May doors na nagsasara, plans na hindi natutuloy, at moments na mapapatanong ka ng “Bakit?”

Pero minsan, years or even months later, saka mo marerealize...

“Kaya pala.” 💚

Some setbacks are actually redirections.

8 years ago, hindi ko alam na ang mahabang mesa na puno ng documents ang magiging simula ng napakaraming pangarap.

May mga araw na higit 20 buyer accounts ang inaasikaso ko,minsan umaabot pa ng close to 40 accounts, follow-up and docs submission (sumusuko account officer sa Mandaluyong head office dahil gabi kami matatapos pag ako ang na assist) at halos ako lang mag-isa ang gumagawa ng lahat. Mula reservation, requirements, bank financing process, hanggang turnover—ginagawa ko ang lahat para siguradong walang maiiwang buyer.

Hindi madali. Maraming puyat, maraming pressure, at maraming pagkakataong gusto mo nang sumuko. Pero sa tuwing may isang pamilyang nakakakuha ng susi ng sarili nilang bahay, nawawala lahat ng pagod.

Ngayon, kapag binalikan ko ang larawan na ito, hindi ko lang nakikita ang isang mahabang mesa. Nakikita ko ang libo-libong oras ng sipag, tiwala ng mga kliyente, at katapatan ng Diyos sa bawat hakbang ng journey ko.

Ang mahiyain na si Jhen noon, hindi akalaing makakatulong sa napakaraming pamilya na magkaroon ng sariling tahanan.

Hindi ako naging successful dahil pinakamagaling ako. Naging successful ako dahil hindi ako tumigil, at dahil laging may grace at favor ni Lord sa bawat laban. 💚
