This event is brought to you by the synergy of Hon. Karel Annjaiza Sakkalahul; Hon. Yusop Abubakar, Hon. Jeromy Casas, and Hon. James Abner S. Rodriguez with the support of the Local Government Unit of Isabela de Basilan under the creative and dynamic leadership of City Mayor Sitti Djalia A. Turabin-Hataman through the City Tourism Office.

Anchored with the theme, "RelationSHIPS: 24 Years of the City's Journey Anchored in Inspiring Stewardship Towards Sailing Resilience," the Sakayan Arnis Tournament is not just a competition but a celebration of camaraderie, unity, and the collective spirit that binds the community. This event highlights the importance of teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration, reflecting the city's dedication to building a resilient future through shared effort and determination.

The Sakayan Arnis Tournament features the intense Full Contact Padded Sticks Category, where participants will showcase their mastery in Arnis, the traditional Filipino martial art. This will take place on April 26-27, 2025, at the Basilan National High School Gymnasium.

The registration fee is P100.00.
