Important Reminders on Examination Policies and Allowable Items
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC/Commission) reminds all examinees to strictly observe the following policies to ensure orderly, secure, and uniform conduct of licensure examinations:
1. Transparent Plastic Envelope as the Default Allowable Container
โข Examinees may bring ONLY ONE (1) transparent plastic envelope, with or without a handle, for examination-related documents and materials.
โข Maximum size: fifteen (15) inches in length, ten (10) inches in width, and one and a half (1.5) inches in expanded depth.
โข This shall be the primary and default container for allowable belongings.
2. Water and Food Containers
โข Water must be in a transparent, single-use plastic bottle free from labels, markings, stickers, or any other material that may contain or convey written information.
โข Colored tumblers may be allowed, subject to inspection.
โข A transparent open-top hand-carry bag or tote bag may be allowed for food, drinks, and essential personal items that cannot reasonably fit inside the prescribed transparent plastic envelope, subject to inspection.
โข The tote bag must not have a zipper, snap button, magnetic closure, drawstring, or other means of closing or securing the bag.
3. Strictly Prohibited Items
The following are NOT ALLOWED inside the examination venue:
โข Books, codes, written materials, and other examination aides, cellphones, smartwatches, tablets, smart glasses, wireless earbuds, and other smart gadgets or electronic devices capable of capturing, storing, accessing, receiving, transmitting, or communicating information are strictly prohibited inside the examination venue.
โข Bags of any kind, including transparent backpacks, duffel bags, eco-bags, plastic shopping bags, and other similar containers, shall not be allowed inside the examination venue, except the specifically allowed transparent open-top hand-carry bag or tote bag, subject to inspection.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
To avoid inconvenience, delays, or possible examination-related violations, examinees are strongly advised to bring ONLY the items expressly allowed under the examination guidelines.
