MEET IZA
October 2023 - After more than 24 years of working as a Budget Officer in the provincial LGU and a Registered Financial Planner, Iza made a decision that many people could not understand — she walked away from a stable and secure career to take a career break.
Not because she was lost.
But because she wanted to find herself again.
For years, life had been about responsibilities, deadlines, and taking care of everyone else. This time, she chose herself. She chose healing. Growth. Reinvention.
During her career break, she became determined to reclaim everything she once lost — her confidence, her dreams, her self-worth.
So at 45, she went back to school and took up BS in Real Estate Management.
While many believed that starting over at that age was impossible, she quietly proved that it was never too late to rewrite your story.
November 2024 — she finished her degree in Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management at 46.
July 2025 — At 47, she passed her first board examination and became a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser.
April 2026 — she passed her second board examination and became a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Two and a half years after leaving what seemed like a “safe” life, Iza emerged with:
✔ Two bachelor’s degrees
✔ Two professional licenses
✔ A renewed sense of purpose
✔ And a stronger version of herself
Her story is proof that age is just a number for someone who knows what she wants in life and is brave enough to begin again despite setbacks, fears, and uncertainties.
But she never walked the journey alone.
Behind every milestone were the people who loved her deeply, believed in her wholeheartedly, and reminded her of her strength even during the days she doubted herself.
And above all, she entrusted everything to the greatest Master Planner of all — Jesus Christ.
