ποΈWHY ARE HIGHER FLOOR CONDOMINIUMS MORE EXPENSIVE?
In most cases, higher floor condo units are more expensive than lower floor condos because units on higher floors usually offer better views, more privacy, and less noise pollution.
One of the most obvious advantages of living on higher floors is the stunning view you can enjoy. When you live on a higher floor, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of your surroundings, including the city skyline, nearby parks, and natural landscapes.
Higher floors are also less likely to be obstructed by buildings or trees, which means you can enjoy uninterrupted views.
