An ocular inspection was conducted by the Inspectorate Team from the Office of the Building Official (OBO), Lapu-Lapu City, on the SAEKYUNG CONDOMINIUM BUILDING located at Looc, Lapu-Lapu City.

Based on the findings of said inspection, NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF STRUCTURAL DAMAGE OR COMPROMISE were observed that could affect the integrity and safety of the building. Accordingly, it is hereby certified that the aforementioned building remains structurally sound and safe for continued occupancy and use.
