Our Contractor the Gitamondoc-Gopaoco Structural Engineering has deployed their first backhoe for the grounds clearing and grounds preparation for the construction of the Resort City Towers. This was launched last Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the project site at Tiangge Road, Gun-ob Lapu-lapu City. They also cleaned up the old existing house which will temporarily be used as field office and bunker.

Present during the launch are Mrs. Carolyne L. Go, CEO of Blossoms88 Development Inc and project owner of Resort City Towers, Engrs. Ramon Gitamondoc and Randy Gopaoco, owners of the construction firm Gitamondoc-Gopaoco Structural Engineeing, Mrs. Clenet C**a, Operations Manager, Blossoms88 Development Inc., and other personnel of Gitamondoc-Gopaoco Structural Engineering.

The Contract signing of the Phase 1 Excavation Works for the proposed Thirteen (13) Storey Mixed Used Condominium Resort City Towers. The Contract-signing was done last Saturday, October 9, 2021 between Mrs. Carolyne L. Go and Engrs. Ramon Gitamondoc and Randy Gopaoco. The Contract-signing was held at the Blossoms88 Branch Office at the Raintree Mall in Ramos Cebu City.

Mrs. Go is the Chief Executive Officer of the Blossoms88 Development Inc., the developer of the Resort City Towers. Engrs. Gitamondoc and Gopaoco are owners of the constraction firm Gitamondoc-Gopaoco Structural Engineering.

The Gitamondoc-Gopaoco Structural Engineering is expected to start its mobilization within seven (7) days from the signing of the Contract.

The Resort City Towers is located at the Tiangge Road, Gun-ob Lapu-lapu City.

The new design of the Resort City Towers. To recall, the project was redesigned as it was affected by the road widening that encroached further than what was anticipated into the project area.

The design has now 14 floors including the basement parking. Previous design has 16 floors. The swimming pool is still in the design, including the gardened rooftop, the game room, the gym and the mall. There are fewer meeting rooms. The front bridges had also been cancelled.

To our Dearest Valued Clients/ Sellers!

This is an update regarding our project RESORT CITY TOWERS located at Tiangge Road Gun-ob, Lapu-lapu City.

The plan was to start the project on January 6, 2020. Unfortunately, the City of Lapu-lapu has to widen the road wider than what was previously anticipated because the national highway where our project is located is a vital artery to the Cebu City-Cordova Bridge. The Bridge will open in 2020.
Because of the wider area needed for the road widening we have to change the design including the structural part as the building needs to be reduced and moved back.

As much as we want to start the project but as required by OBO we have another delay due to that new changes.

Structural plan will be finished 3-4 mos. before we can start and it is also that time we can determine when the contract will be given to clients.
