I recently attended the PAREB CEREB General Assembly and officially accepted a new role for 2027.

We also had discussions on smart and sustainable communities and how AI can be used to improve our practice as real estate professionals.

New role, new knowledge, new challenges. Sometimes, growth really starts with being willing to step out of our comfort zone and learn along the way.

Some views are not just seen, they are experienced. ❤️

From Malaybalay, Bukidnon, we drove to the viewpoint of Mt. Anahawon Sky Ridge, where we were welcomed by a breathtaking 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains and the beautiful scenery below.

By around 9 AM, the sun was already blazing, and we were literally standing on top of the hill. But the heat was nothing compared to the beauty that surrounded us. The stunning landscape, the fresh mountain air, and the feeling of being above the clouds made the journey truly worth it.🙂

'Dahilayan Adventure Park'

The energy hits differently when adventure meets nature. Aside from enjoying the breathtaking views, the fun atmosphere, and the famous Alpine Village, we also tried some of the thrill rides, and grabe, dako jud kaayo’g kausaban sa energy. 😁

It was such a fun experience, especially feeling the cool mountain breeze while riding through the trees. The combination of nature, excitement, and laughter made the moment even more memorable.

Relaxing in nature is already amazing, but adding a little adventure makes the Bukidnon experience even better. A perfect way to recharge before heading back to client appointments. 😉
