After the 6.9 magnitude earthquake that struck northern Cebu last night, we immediately conducted thorough safety inspections of all the structures inside The Mactan Newtown, which include hotels, offices, residential buildings, and commercial development.

We assure our residents, workers, hotel guests, visitors, and tourists that all of our buildings have been found safe.

Our engineers and safety personnel will continue to monitor all our buildings and properties as everyone's safety and well-being remain to be our priority.
