Role: Responsible for leading and managing sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets. This typically involves hiring and training team members, setting quotas, developing sales generation systems, and evaluating team performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any 4 year course.
At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team (typically 5 or more sales associates).
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Strong leadership and motivational abilities.

Role:
Intermediary between sellers and buyers, helping clients find, buy, sell, or rent properties. Duties include marketing listings, providing guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements, preparing paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds), and maintaining property listings.
Requirements often include:
Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
Proven track record of successful sales.
Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
