Kung naghahanap po kayo ng condo investment sa Tagaytay for vacation place or rental, I would recommend Pine Suites Tagaytay. WHY?

Here are the reasons both NEGATIVE and POSITIVE

Positive po muna tayo para good vibes:

+ Sobrang tahimik ng place at napaka-relaxing, malayo sa ingay ng highway ng Tagaytay.
+ Maganda ang construction ng property, Instagram at Tiktok worthy, madaming areas for photoshoot.
+ Maayos yung community, kumbaga mga disente at organized ang mga nakatira, hindi magulo unlike sa iba.
+Madali lang sya puntahan at malapit sa mga popular attractions ng Tagaytay like mga malls, Skyranch, Leslie's etc.
+Makakapag-relax ka talaga dito sobrang relaxing and laidback ang vibes.
+Condo price nya is competitive, maganda ang payment terms nila.
+ May free parking pa, first come, first served nga lang.

Ito naman po ang mga negative points:

- Hindi sya along the highway, medyo papasok ka pa sa loob, pero yun naman kasi ang reason kaya tahimik dun. Pero kung party-party ang vibes mo eh hindi ito para sa iyo.

- Maliit lang ang property and midrise lang sya, kaya konti ang tao, yun naman kasi ang goal nung property na hindi crowded, So kung gusto mong maka-kilala ng ibang tao, wala kang chance dito.

- In case nagutom ka or bibili ka ng toothbrush, medyo mahihirapan ka dahil wala mabibilan sa paligid ng condominium. It is either papa-Grab or Food Panda kayo, kaya kung mag stay kayo dito is bilin nyo na lahat.

- Studio and 2BR lang ang available.

Summary:
Depende pa din naman sa condo buyer kung anong property vibes ang gusto nya whether dun sa matao or dun sa exclusive. Syempre all condo naman is a good investment. But what I am saying is this one is a reasonable investment for property seekers. If you want to check this property please message me and I will tour you around.
