REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduate of any 4-year Course
* Well versed in preparing quotations, searching for potential customers
* Willing to be trained in Customer Communication, computer systems, digital marketing/sales and other trainings to be done.
* Proficient in basic computer software applications (MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word)
* Good English verbal and written communication skills.
* Preferably residing at Las Piñas or nearby areas
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Can work onsite (BF International Las Pinas)
* Can start immediately
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Purchases supplies and materials for the company.
* Maintains inventory databases for supplies and materials used.
* Reviews purchase orders and receipts for compliance with company and departmental policies.
* Purchases large and complex items.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Receives incoming sales calls and customer inquiries;
* Reports to immediate supervisor on production updates and supplier’s delivery;
* Manage online accounts for sales inquiries.
