Hiring: Property Specialist (3-Month Contract)

Phinma Properties is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Property specialist to join our growing team in Metrotowne Las Piñas. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and close sales for Metrotowne Las Piñas.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns.

- Follow simple tasks and quickly learn new skills.

- Maintain a positive and entrepreneurial mindset.

- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications:

- Graduate of Real Estate Management or a related field (4-year degree). or 2years with Sales experience.

- Must reside near Las Piñas.

- Proven experience in social media advertising is essential.

- Must have BDO, OR, COR, and a sworn notarized document.

- New graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

Allowance: ₱15,000 - ₱60,000 (escalating allowance)

- 3% commission
- Plus incentives and other incentives
