Held on July 20, 2026 at Southwoods Golf & Country Club, this special Learn & Earn: Collaboration & Listings Exchange brought together members from REBAP LMP, REBAP GREENHILLS, and Rebap Metro Dasmariñas for a day of networking, knowledge-sharing, and meaningful collaboration.

Members had the opportunity to exchange listings, build valuable connections across chapters, and discover new opportunities for partnerships.

A heartfelt thank you to our 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑽𝑷 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓𝒔 for coordinating this successful activity, and to 𝑴𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒍𝒅 𝑮𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑰𝒏𝒄 for generously sponsoring the venue and meals.

Special appreciation to LMP's own 𝑪𝑹𝑩 𝑻𝒆𝒐𝒅𝒐𝒓𝒂 𝑪𝒂𝒏𝒍𝒂𝒔 for her insightful presentation, "Foreclosure 101: A Beginner's Guide to Buying Foreclosed Properties," equipping members with practical knowledge on foreclosed property investments.

Our June business meeting was filled with learning, networking, and fellowship as members gathered both onsite and via Zoom.

A highlight of the event was the insightful presentation of 𝐌𝐬. 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 on "The Stretch: Staying Strong in Uncertain Times," which provided valuable lessons and inspiration for our members as they navigate today's dynamic real estate landscape.

We also thank our industry partners, 𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗠𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 and 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱, REBAP's newest RAP partner, for sharing their latest projects, opportunities, and updates with our members.
