📌24hrs parking fee is 380 (4-Wheels).

HOUSE RULES:
✅Always open kitchen exhaust while cooking.
✅Bringing of food is allowed.
✅Food delivery is allowed.
✅Respect noise curfew.
✅No cleaning fee, clean as you go.
✅Avoid stains and damages to avoid extra charge.
🚫 Pets are not allowed
🚫 Smoking and grilling inside the unit is strictly prohibited.
🚫 No unregistered guests.
🚫 No hanging of clothes in the balcony.

✅Security deposit is 500 Pesos. REFUNDABLE upon check-out.
✅Reservation fee of 1000 pesos is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE if canceled or no show.
✅Remaining balance shall be paid upon check-in inside the unit.
