SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT

It has come to our attention that a post circulating on the page “BF RESORT ON THE SPOT” alleges that members of the BFRVTHAI Board of Directors are receiving salaries/allowances amounting to ₱120,000 per month.

We categorically deny this allegation.

The claim is false, misleading, and without factual basis. No member of the BFRVTHAI Board of Directors is receiving a monthly salary/allowance of ₱120,000 as alleged in the said post.

We are deeply concerned by the publication and circulation of unverified information presented as fact. Such statements have the potential to mislead homeowners, create unnecessary distrust within our community, and unfairly damage the reputation and integrity of the current leadership.

BFRVTHAI believes in transparency and accountability. If anyone has legitimate questions regarding the Association's finances, expenditures, or compensation, we encourage them to raise these concerns through the proper channels. We are prepared to address legitimate inquiries based on official records and verifiable information.

Freedom of expression does not remove the responsibility to ensure that serious accusations against individuals or an organization are supported by facts. We therefore call upon those responsible for the post to present credible evidence supporting their allegation or to immediately correct and retract the false information.

We likewise reserve the right to take appropriate action, as may be warranted, to protect the Association and its officers from false and defamatory statements.

We encourage our fellow homeowners to remain vigilant against misinformation and to verify information before sharing or circulating it on social media.

We may disagree on issues when necessary, but let our discussions always be grounded in truth, facts, and respect.

In light of the Red Alert raised by the Metro Manila Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MMDRRMC) due to the potential impacts of the enhanced Southwest Monsoon, the Clubhouse will remain OPEN overnight from August 8 to 9 2026 to accommodate residents who may be affected by heavy rains, flooding, or power interruptions.

Residents who need a safe place to temporarily stay, charge their mobile devices, or seek shelter are welcome to use the Clubhouse during this period.

Our Security Team together with Talon Dos Fire and Rescue Team (Talon Dos BDRRMO) is on high alert to help ensure everyone's safety. Please take precautions, stay informed through official advisories, and be prepared.

⚠️⚠️⚠️FLOOD ADVISORY: PLEASE STAY HOME AND STAY SAFE⚠️⚠️⚠️

We have received reports from our monitoring team and concerned homeowners regarding flooding in several areas around our village, including the current situation along Riverdrive.

Due to the continuous heavy downpour, rising floodwaters have been reported along the following streets:

- JB Tan Street
- Capitoline Street
- Tecson Street
- Gloria Diaz Street
- Carnival Park Street
- Lalaine Bennett Street
- Suzette Nicolas Street

We strongly advise all residents to remain at home and avoid unnecessary travel, particularly through flooded streets. Please do not attempt to drive or walk through areas where the depth and current of the floodwater are uncertain.

Our security and monitoring teams are continuously checking the situation around the village.
