VERY IMPORTANT CLARİFİCATİON

For the record,:

1. Mr. Jacinto Doral of DHSUD affirmed that bfrvhai life term has expired since Feb.11,2024.
2. HSAC, the ADJUDİCATİON commission affirmed/confirmed the DHSUD decision.
3. Appeals and Motion for Reconsideration filed by the defunct BFRVHA dismissed by DHSUD and HSAC.
4. Court of Appeals petition was also Dismissed.
5. İt is clear that these agencies followed the Law and did not favor anybody.

VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

1) HSAC WRIT OF EX*****ON directed the defunct bfrvhai to step down, turnover assets and management to BFRVTHAI, the registered, legal bfrv HOA.
2) We have been applying for a BUSINESS PERMIT since 2024. DESPITE SUBMITTING COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS, the BPLO HAS REFUSED TO ACT IN OUR APPLICATION. Our Lawyers have APPEALED THIS MATTER TO the Office of the Mayor FOR THE ISSUANCE OF a Business permit to BFRVTHAI.
3) Our Lawyers have written BPLO to revoke the business permit of the now defunct bfrvhai.
3)Old 2025 stickers are valid up to December 2025 or until a new sticker is issued by BFRVTHAI, your new legal, registered HOA.
