I am online 24/7. Phone numbers are revealed once reservations are made as per Airbnb policy. For long term rentals, all bills are inclusive so no worries. Parking lot is limited so please advise in advance, and it can be included in the rent as well. Rest assured that you will be well taken care of while you stay with us, and very responsive 24/7. No pets allowed. Guests with kids should be extra watchful due to the height of the area, especially on the balcony. Limited to allow 5 guests only, otherwise will be penalized by Admin. Noise is strictly prohibited by admin so rest assured that the place is very tranquil. The wing were my place is located is mostly isolated as most of the owners live abroad. It is required to unplug all devices every time when leaving the premises to avoid any short circuits that may occur and be charged for any damaged property/appliances.
