Utility consumption like water, electricity, WIFI, local phone and cable TV is inclusive. Scheduled cleaning of the unit is provided upon guest' request . The rooms:

Room 2- Double deck bed with pull out that can sleep 4
Room 3- Double deck bed that can sleep 2

The rate is USD55.00 per night good for 4 people, and for extra people (up to 4 people more ), an additional fee of USD10.00 per night for each extra guest is to be charged . OHANA PLACE is conveniently located along Alabang-Zapote Road which is a short drive away from the famous malls like SM Southmall, Alabang Town Center and Festival Mall. It is also close to the city’s main commercial and retail establishments, finest schools, churches, modern hospitals, and public transportation which is very accessible via thoroughfares. In addition, OHANA Place's seven (7) mid-rise condominium buildings have installed CCTV cameras and entrance gate with 24-hour manned security.
