This is to inform you that the Preventive Maintenance Activity is currently ongoing as part of the integration of the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) with the building’s mechanical systems.

🧰 Scope of Work: Cleaning of Smoke Detectors inside each unit
📅 Schedule: November 07 – November 14, 2025 (Monday to Saturday only)
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Building 1

Dear Valued Residents,

We would like to inform all residents that a General Pest Control Treatment will be conducted in all *common areas of the Building 1 and 2 on O CTOBER 23, 2025 (THURSDAY), between 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

We highly encourage all residents to take advantage of this service and have their units treated as well for a fee of Php. 500.00. This will help prevent the spread of pests and protect our community from common pests that could cause harm.

For those interested, payments should be made directly to the pest control agency managing the treatment.
