TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1

. Booking or reservation of event date should be made at least 2 weeks before the event. This will allow JQ Photo Booth to do all the necessary layout of backdrop and printout customization based from the clients’ theme requirements.

2. Fill-up the Booking Form. Once we receive your Booking Form, we will contact you either by your email or your mobile phone to inform you if the date you want to reserve with us is still available or not.

3. We require 50% deposit after final booking of the client’s event date. The 50% balance will be collected on the day of the event.

4. Cancellation of bookings is non-refundable once finalized. However, if the event is postponed or rescheduled, the down payment may be applied to a new date, within 2-month period from original date, based on booth’s availability.

5. Payment of 1st 50% should be deposited to JQ Photo Booth’s Account or cash payment at least 2 days after the booking has been finalized. Contact at 0917-537-8878 for the complete account details.

6. Corkage and other fee is not shouldered by JQ Photo Booth.

7. There will be a 100% of the total rental cost cancellation charge for the units that were reserved then cancelled.

8. JQ Photo booth Staffs are not authorized/allowed to operate Client's laptop and/or other equipment which are not owned by JQ Photo Booth team.

9. In case of power failure and other events such as power/computer breakdown during the event, renting individual should still pay the amount of rental.

10. Security of the rented equipment & technical personnel is client's responsibility

11. The technical staff should be allowed to dismantle the set-up after the agreed days/hrs. of coverage is reached or renting individual will be charged for extension.

12. Input source, power source should all be provided by the renting individual.
