Today, we had the privilege of paying a courtesy call to Hon. Cinderella V. Reyes, Municipal Mayor of Agoncillo, Batangas, to respectfully request permission to conduct a brief orientation in selected barangays regarding the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

We are grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to present this initiative, which aims to provide information on the government's affordable housing program to interested residents.

Coordination Meeting | January 27, 2026

Earlier today, January 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM in Mandaluyong City, a productive Coordination Meeting was held between the officers and staff of Pag-IBIG Fund and the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC), together with the officers of the Home Owners Association of Lemery Community Ville Residences, Inc.

The meeting centered on discussions regarding SHFC’s Proposed Joint Venture Agreement for its Lemery Community Ville Residences Project, including the coordination of roles, alignment of objectives, and the strengthening of collaboration to ensure the project’s smooth and timely implementation.

Special mention and appreciation to Atty. Joseph P. Quiboloy, Senior Vice President of Pag-IBIG Fund, for his guidance, insights, and leadership during the discussion.

There will be an HOA meeting with PAG-IBIG Fund on January 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM, to be held at the JELP Building, Mandaluyong City, MM. The meeting aims to finalize the documentary requirements, discuss the proposed monthly amortization, and facilitate the approval of existing MBs applicants.
