That's why it is highly discouraged to buy/sell "Yuta-data-data" most specially if with no LICENSE TO SELL from HLURB. But if you insist because it's the cheapest, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK PLUS MULTIPLE ADD-ON EXPENSES and PENALTIES FOR THE PERSON SELLING (Ingnorance of the Law, excuses no one)

โœ” Location - consider mo parin budget mo. Kung mura lang siguradong malayo sa Cebu yan. 5 million na po presyo sa Cebu City.
โœ” Required Monthly Salary - Check mo na kaagad kung magkano sweldo mo kase doon lang magbabase kung magkano monthly pwede mo kunin! (pwede combined salary).
โœ” Marital Status - laging tandaan ang legalities kapag kasal ka sa papel kahit na hiwalay kayo sa mata ng batas conjugal property padin ang lahat ng pagmamayari ninyo.

That's why it is highly discouraged to buy/sell "Yuta-data-data" most specially if with no LICENSE TO SELL from HLURB. But if you insist because it's the cheapest, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK PLUS MULTIPLE ADD-ON EXPENSES and hmmm penalties for the sellers.
