In a heartfelt display of compassion and community service, Duros Cares, together with the RFB Foundation, continues its House of Hope initiative, turning over homes to families affected by the devastating flashfloods caused by Typhoon Tino near the Cotcot River.
This meaningful initiative is part of the 15th anniversary celebration of Duros Land, reflecting its commitment to its mission of shaping vibrant communities of the future. Beyond building developments, Duros Land stands alongside the Duros Group in creating lasting impact where it matters most.
The House of Hope project aims to restore not only shelter, but also dignity and hope for displaced families. Following the turnover of three homes in April and May, three additional houses have recently been completed, bringing the total to six homes provided to deserving beneficiaries.
Each home is more than just a structure — it represents safety, stability, and a new beginning for families rebuilding their lives after loss.
As Duros Land marks this milestone year, it does so with purpose — reaffirming that its true legacy lies not only in the spaces it builds, but in the lives and communities it helps uplift.
