Tasks:
- Promote and offer residential properties
- Represent the organization in sponsored booths/events/roadshows
- Maximize use of different digital initiatives to reach all types of clients from both local and international markets
- Provide accurate and detailed project information, process, and computation accordingly
- Build and sustain a client-seller relationship
- Assisting Client in documentation process
- Meet the required sales target on a monthly basis
What we are looking for:
- A bachelor’s degree in any course
- Good Sales experience is a plus
- Strong (oral and written) communication
- Have fun, friendly and very optimistic personality
- Goal-driven and very strategic
- Knows how to work well in a team setup
- Computer and digital-literate. Knows how to operate tools on the internet such as Social Media, Google Docs and Sheets, Canva, and other video-photo editing apps.
- Equipped with smartphone and laptop and stable internet connection
Work Setup:
- Remote Hybrid (Work-from-Home with minimal onsite work)
Compensation Package: (allowance plus commission based)
